Situated on 14 acres of lush tropical gardens, Point Village’s name refers to the Jamaican village-like atmosphere as well as the geographical location of picturesque Rutland Point situated between Negril’s famous seven-mile beach and spectacular Bloody Bay Beach. Easy access to Negril’s famous beaches at the edge of the property. The Adult Beach at Point Village is the start of the Seven Mile Beach.

The property is beautiful in its diversity. It features two white sand beaches and spectacular cliffs complete with grottos – perfect for snorkeling and exploring. Swim in the fresh-water swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or spend the day in our unique, refreshing Rock Pools (pools that are carved from the ironshore that are filled with the lapping waves from the Caribbean Sea).
